Lineage II Interlude

Raid bosses — Lineage II Interlude

For each boss: level, HP, damage, abilities, minions, what equipment to bring, and how many people. The group size is a rough estimate calculated from the boss's HP and level (it's not in the data): adjust it to how well-equipped your clan is.

Basic composition of a raid group

Tanks (have skills to pull the boss's aggro): Bladedancer, Dark Avenger, Elven Knight, Evas Templar, Hell Knight, Knight, Paladin, Palus Knight, Phoenix Knight, Shillien Knight and 3 more. Healers: Bishop, Cleric, Dark Mage, Elder, Elven Mage, Mage, Oracle, Overlord, Shillien Elder, Shillien Oracle and 1 more. General rule: 1 main tank + 1 backup, 2 healers per party, one buffer, and the rest damage. Always bring the equipment grade that matches the boss's level.

Don't bring characters far above the boss's level

All raid bosses have the passive 'Raid Boss': 'If the person who made the greatest contribution is 3 or more levels higher than the raid monster, then the item/adena rewards will decrease. If the difference is 9 or more levels, the monster will drop nothing at all.' In other words: if the top damage dealer is 3 or more levels above the boss, the drop rate goes down, and at 9 or more it drops nothing. Bring a group near its level, and make sure the top damage comes from someone close to its level.

Most common resistances among raid bosses

How many bosses have each resistance: Resist Full Magic Attack (221); Resist Dark Attack (34); Resist Daggers (27); Greater Resist Bow Weapons (7); Resist Bow Weapons (5); Resist Water (2); 100% stun resistance. (2); Resist Fire (1); Greater Resist Bleeding (1); Greater Resist Water Attacks (1). Almost all resist magic ('Resist Full Magic Attack'): most of your damage should be physical, and if the boss resists daggers or bows, switch DPS.

Command Channel

In Interlude, several parties join into a command channel for big bosses. The clan skill Clan Imperium ('Grants the privilege of Command Channel formation') is the one that grants that privilege: level it up before going after Grand Bosses.
