The Last Stand
Mid-fight, the acolyte of the Iron Fist breaks and calls its own. They come out of nowhere, all around you, and each one picks a different member of your party.

Aden starts again where it should: in Interlude, with the game you remember — the same skills, the same items, the same PvP. Vertex opens one chronicle at a time all the way to High Five and never wipes your progress. Everything we build lives around that classic core, never on top of it.
The world grows with you, one chronicle at a time. No wipes, no new patches, no starting over: what you earn is yours forever.
The character you create on day one in Interlude is the same one that walks into Gracia and reaches High Five. Level, items, subclasses, clan, alliance and castles: everything is kept.
You play on the High Five client from day one and it never changes. Install once: no different patch per expansion, no reinstalling, no fighting with files.
An item from a later expansion does not drop, is not sold in any shop, is not given by any quest, cannot be crafted and cannot be traded. The market never gets contaminated.
Interlude does not last a week. Each chronicle gets its time: its castles, its epics, its economy, its meta. And you reach the next one with everything you built before.
The world runs on the chronicle's own values, not on High Five with a sign hanging over it. In Interlude, monsters have Interlude HP, skills, drops and spawn points, and the experience curve is the Interlude one. You feel it on the first mob you kill.
Choose your god. Live your story. And let your chronicle find you.
Four gods. Seven divine chronicles each. One same history told from four different visions — and a cliffhanger that connects them all. Over 100 quick and easy missions grant Faith points to raise your devotion level. You'll discover the birth of Aden and its lands, and how the epic bosses — Baium, Antharas, Valakas and many more — came to be: a story over 3000 years old.
Born from the first violent clash of Chaos. He forged his sword from a dead titan. He respects only those who act. His devotees built no temples: they erected iron altars at every crossroads of Aden.
The other gods chose kingdoms, armies, and forests. She chose what no one wanted: the land between things. She wove the first trade routes. Where her devotees walk, caravans and markets rise.
He germinated in an instant of silence between the thunders of Chaos. Not born of violence nor calculation: born of growth. Slow, imperceptible, unstoppable — like a root through rock.
He materialized as a whisper between thunders. He inhabits no spaces: he inhabits gaps. His devotees walk where light doesn't reach — and discover that a well-spoken lie does more damage than a thousand swords.
Two hours clearing the same glade. The same mobs, the same route, the same sound. And then one of them stands still.
It has an aura it should not have. Above its head is a title that is not its own — the name of a god. And before you get close enough to touch it, it speaks.
It switches tactics when the fight turns against it. It backs off to cast, then closes the distance again.
It goes for the weakest in your party, or for whoever is healing, depending on what suits it at that moment.
Low on health it flees for real: the other way, buying distance to heal before it comes back.
Next time you meet one of its kind it will know who you are and how many times you killed it, and it will tell you before the fight starts.
Mid-fight, the acolyte of the Iron Fist breaks and calls its own. They come out of nowhere, all around you, and each one picks a different member of your party.
You kill it and it is not over. The thing jumps from the corpse into the nearest body — two steps away or across the glade — and keeps talking in the same voice. Same creature, another skin, and every jump leaves it more whole.
A rift opens and the ground fills up. Against the clock. The Gold Weaver does not reward strength, she rewards rhythm: clear what comes out before the timer runs out, or it swallows the lot and nothing is left.
A guardian sprouts from the corpse and roots push up around it. You can empty its whole health bar and you will not take a single point off it, because the guardian is not what you have to kill first.
